二、校準電子天平
電子天平的校準(zhun)(zhun),分外部(bu)(bu)校準(zhun)(zhun)、內(nei)部(bu)(bu)校準(zhun)(zhun)及自動校準(zhun)(zhun)等形式。
外(wai)部校(xiao)準根據(ju)電(dian)子天(tian)平的類型,校(xiao)準砝碼(ma)分等(deng)級(ji)使用10g、50g、100g 和 500g, 校(xiao)準的砝碼(ma)必須(xu)同電(dian)子天(tian)平的準確度對(dui)(dui)應。對(dui)(dui)于外(wai)部校(xiao)準,用戶必須(xu)在(zai)配置(zhi)菜單中選擇“外(wai)校(xiao)"并進行相應的設置(zhi),主(zhu)要步驟包括:
①選擇“校(xiao)準"“開始(shi)";
②電子(zi)天(tian)平執行零點測(ce)量(liang);
③在(zai)零(ling)點(dian)測(ce)量后,閃(shan)爍顯示(shi)推(tui)薦的校準重(zhong)量;
④將校準重(zhong)量砝(fa)碼放在秤(cheng)盤上,顯示繼續閃爍 ;
⑤當顯示停止閃爍(shuo)時,校準完(wan)成。
2. 內部校準
電子天平內置(zhi) 校準(zhun)(zhun)砝碼(ma),實現(xian)線性校準(zhun)(zhun),需在(zai)配置(zhi)菜單中選擇內部校準(zhun)(zhun)模式并進(jin)行(xing)相應的設置(zhi)。選擇“校準(zhun)(zhun)"“開始",并在(zai)一(yi)段時間后完成。
3. 自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)系列電子(zi)天平內置 2 組校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)砝碼,實現(xian)全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)線性(xing)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun),需在配置菜單中(zhong)選擇(ze)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)模(mo)式并進(jin)行(xing)相應的設(she)置。電子(zi)天平每 24 小時(shi)內在設(she)置時(shi)間(比如 06:00:00 指(zhi)早上 6:00)進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun),或者在溫度改變達所設(she)置的值(zhi)時(shi)(2℃)進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)。
需要說明的是:
(1)對于時(shi)間(jian)自動(dong)校準或者時(shi)間(jian) / 溫度的(de)自動(dong)校準,天平的(de)時(shi)間(jian)與日期必須正確設置;
(2)當自(zi)動(dong)校(xiao)準(zhun)被激活(huo)時,也能(neng)隨(sui)時手動(dong)校(xiao)準(zhun);
(3)自動校準僅(jin)在(zai)秤盤(pan)上五(wu)分(fen)鐘內無(wu)重量(liang)時進行;
(4)建(jian)議自(zi)動校準時(shi)間(jian)設置(zhi)在(zai)非工作時(shi)間(jian)(例如早(zao)上較早(zao)時(shi)候)。
